Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 31, 2026

1. Who This Site Belongs To

Avenrix Technologies LLC (“Avenrix”) builds software for specialty pharmacies. Avenrix is a technology company, not a pharmacy, and does not provide pharmacy or healthcare services to patients.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Avenrix collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when someone visits the website, creates an account or signs up, contacts Avenrix or requests a demo, or receives emails from Avenrix.

What this policy does not cover: specialty pharmacy customers may use the Avenrix platform to process PHI and other patient data. Avenrix handles that on those customers’ behalf under customer agreements and, where applicable, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. This website policy does not govern that data. Patients with questions about health information should contact their pharmacy or healthcare provider.

3. Information Collected

Information provided directly: name, business email, phone, company, job title, login credentials, and anything typed into contact or demo forms. Business forms on the site may also collect health-related information when that is needed for Avenrix’s specialty pharmacy software work. That information is used only for those business purposes and is handled under Avenrix’s customer agreements and, where applicable, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, approximate location from IP, and cookies (see section 6). Business contact information may also come from events or partners.

Do not submit PHI or patient information by email. Use only the secure forms or channels Avenrix provides for that purpose.

4. How Information Is Used

To run the site and accounts, answer inquiries and demos, send product updates and marketing (unsubscribe anytime), improve the site, protect security, meet legal obligations, and support a sale or merger of the business if that ever happens.

5. How Information Is Shared

Avenrix does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with service providers that help run the business (hosting, email, CRM, analytics), when required by law or to protect safety, in a business transfer, or with the person’s consent.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, staying logged in). Analytics cookies may show how people use the site. Cookies can be controlled in the browser. Where required, a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an opt-out of sale or sharing.

7. Data Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, then deleted or de-identified.

8. Security

Avenrix uses reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, limited access). No system is perfectly secure. Contact info@avenrix.net right away if an account or information may have been compromised.

9. Children’s Privacy

The site is for business professionals. Avenrix does not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails, update account details by logging in or contacting info@avenrix.net, and manage cookies in the browser.

11. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where a person lives (including California and other states), rights may include knowing/accessing, correcting, deleting, getting a portable copy, opting out of sale/sharing or targeted ads, and not being discriminated against for using these rights. Avenrix does not sell or share personal information for those purposes. To make a request, email info@avenrix.net with subject “Privacy Request.” Identity will be verified and a response sent within the time the law requires. An authorized agent may act on someone’s behalf, and a denial can be appealed.

12. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own.

13. Where Information Is Processed

Avenrix is based in the United States and processes and stores information in the United States.

14. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Material changes may get additional notice.
